Being a part of that demech offers conveyor components and special chains are forged alloy steel chains and sprockets with special heat treatment for the abrasive and heavy duty applications. Salient features of special chains are as follows:
Chain links with flights are used for en-mass chain conveyor. Flights can be welded of u type, h type , t plate, bar flight, scoop flight or scavenger flight.
Head sprockets and trailing wheel have rim en353/c45 and tooth surfaces are hardened to rc 55-60.
Both the sprockets and trailing wheels can be tailor made to suit customers application.
Self lubricating, does not need external lubrication.
