Being a part of that pneumatic handling systems are used to force of air to convey free flowing/ granular materials from one point to another. Demech specializes in pneumatic handling systems for both ash and non-ash applications.
Ash applications - rotating disc inlet and outlet valve with metal to metal sealing which ensures conveying of any material up to 4000 c without need of external cooling. Salient features are:
-low power consumption
- heavy duty design which ensures a long operational life
- low pipe wear
- high pressure conveying up to 1.5kms.
- high capacity conveying up to 200 tph by tanden conveying
non ash applications - used for conveying materials up to 300 ml. Salient features are>
- handle any type of materials including those that have a tendency to choke
- capacity up to 40-50 tons
- conveys with a low velocity therefore is less corrosive and abrasive.
