• Add to Inquiry Basket | Eurotech technologies offers anti-fungus fibre-optic cables . This type of anti-fungus cable is suitable for use in direct burial, duct and aerial outdoor applications. The rugged 6core outdoor cables feature a black uv and abrasion resistant polyolefin jacket and a gel-filled cable core that is impervious to water penetration plus an antifungal protection for use in underground applications. The fibre-optic cable allows customers to future proof their installations and reduce the total cost of ownership by maintaining compatibility with existing infrastructure. The outdoor fibre-optic cables are tight buffered with a 900- micron buffer and can accept connectors without a breakout kit typically required for loose-tube style outdoor fibre-optic cables. Four to six fibre counts are currently available in this plenum design. Optical fibre variety options include 9-micron single-mode and both 62.5-and 50-micron multimode. |
