Mumbai-based electropneumatics & hydraulics [i] ltd oiffers toggle presses. These are high quality, heavy duty, and precision-machined units, built to endure the most demanding industrial use. Using compressed airthat is normally available in manufacturing unit, these presses can provide high pressing forces without the dangers of electricity or contamination from hydraulics. These presses come in capacities of 4, 7 and 10 tons of 7 bar working pressure and are usable in sensitive areas without the problems normally associated with oil and electricity. These presses include following features:
- long working life moving parts under stress are manufactured from high tensile steel alloy hardened and precision ground where required high quality seals for easy maintenance and trouble-free life
All stages of manufacture and assembly are subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures
