Chem-tech engineering works provides a wide range of flush bottom valves . It is application are found in various industries like chemical and process industries. These flush bottom valves find its application in reaction vessels, autoclaves and other pressure vessels. The valves are offered in different models, such as rising stem, lowering stem and piston type, to suit various industrial applications. 8izes range from 1" to 2" in screwed connection and 1" to 8" in flanged connection. Materials of construction include ci, c8, 88-304/316/304l/316-l/alloy-20, hastalloy-b and pp, pvc, ptfe lined/coated, rubber lined/lead lined, etc. The flush bottom valves are designed for maximum pressure of 280 kg/cm2 and temperature of 400°c. Valve seatings are stellite, ptfe, neoprene or viton. In optional cases, depending on the process, these valves are provided with heating and cooling jackets. Extra long spindles and modified hand wheels with cylinder arrangements, which are offered for closing the valves.
