It is a modular designed machine, which offers uniform mixing, granulating and drying and ropeless automatic pneumatic shaking system [telescopic type]. Fluid Bed Granulator features pneumatically operated inflatable silicon and FGN rubber gaskets for sealing the product container from top and bottom and filter bag ring. The Air Inlet filtration unit comprising of 10 micron coarse filter followed by 3 micron fine pre-filter is finally passed through 0.3 micron Hepa filter. This Fluid Bed Granulator with solid flow monitor system features spray solution control system and spray mist control system. It also possess Wl P system and bag wetting system and integrated retarding chamber cum filter bag housing chamber. This machine is available in a range varying from 5 kg to 300 kg.
