• Add to Inquiry Basket | Elektroweld automations is the india`s new mini master and mega master equipment which supplies more operational controls than conventional mma/tig machines. The igbt-based inverter technology with safeguard against voltage fluctuation and heat, provides an incredible power saving, high portability and exceptional quality of welding with complete control on current. Various advantageous features of these welding machines are: fine arc start, smooth and optimum bead; higher metal recovery due to very low spatter; anti stick device to protect electrode freezing; compatible for welding of all types of electrode inclusding rutile, basic, ss, copper etc; excellent power source for tig welding [scratch start] or can be coupled with hf unit specially designed for inverter power sources; preset weld current control; hot start in-built; digital amps meter for precise setting of current; and constant output welding current due to close loop feed back circuit. The range of the flexible welding equipment includes: mini master-mega master series of igbt power sources for mma/tig welding [scratch start] are the most economical welding machines. Input features of the welding machine include: very low power consumption; saves electrical power up to 50%; compact, light weight and portable machine; protective functions against over voltage, under voltage, over heat and faulty input supply; current limiting functions on short circuit of output terminals; constant current power source; and extremely low no load power consumptions approx 100 w. |
