There are some of the technical features of these gravity positioners which include: with the manual centre of mass positioners one can rotate work pieces of any weight up to 300 kg or up to 1200 kg in any position by hand; rotation in two axes is fast and safe and is effected using the centre of mass of the piece one is turning; work piece can be moved into a new position without the need for a motor or a control system. For preventing the work pieces from twisting off during processing, both axes are fitted with hand brakes and locking pin. All moving parts have back-lash free bearings.
