| Jupiter electronics, mumbai, supplies head mount 2-wire type temperature transmitters. Model jtx 3000, accepts input signals from rtd and thermocouples and converts them into industrial standard [4-20] ma output signal proportional to mv or resistance input. These temperature transmitters are extensively used for these minimize the effect of electrical noise . Moreover, jupiter electronics` temperature transmitters eliminate the need of long runs of special compensating and 3-wire cables, since ordinary pair of copper wires can easily be used with this transmitter without the drop or loss of input signal. Also, current signal is less susceptible to industrial rfi/emi noise compared to voltage signal. Jtx 3000 does not require separate power supply as it is powered by current drawn from the current loss itself and is thus intrinsically safe when used with appropriate barriers. The temperature transmitter is very compact and can be directly mounted inside standard heads of the thermocouple or rtd sensors. It can also be easily fitted inside the flame proof/weather proof head or junction box. This particular model of temperature transmitter is suitable for different thermocouple and temperature range with zero and span adjustment for on site calibration. Jtx 3000 is available in the standard size of 44 mm od and 26 mm height [with the terminals]. The temperature transmitter is also available in standard din rail compatible modules.
