The company has developed latest range double end 6-spindle machine for fine boring of fork crown. Some of the salient features of the machines are double end with 3 cluster spindles on either side fine boring machine; component-fork crown-top and bottom for two wheelers; aluminium alloy material; rough boring, finish boring, plunge facing and chamfering operation; +0.025 accuracy; lh-43-0.000 mm diameter+0.033bore size, rh-27-0.000 mm dia; cycle time-57 second average; 0.8 ura surface finish; and it 7 hole quality. The company also supplies components machining for automobile and farm equipments; components for pneumatic demolition, drilling and chipping tool industry; manufacture and supply of defence components; deep hole drilling by gun drilling, bta and ejector drilling process; and deep hole drilling manufacture machine tools over 70 machines in operation by various systems for sophisticated nuclear and defence users.
