| Compressed air dryer is offerd by from the coimbatore-based trident pneumatics. This compressed air dryer is designed pvt ltd has been developed with the latest technology. This compressed air dryer supplies offers total cleaning solution. This cleaning solution is used for lubricated as well as non-lubricated compressors. Following are some of the technical features of this compressed air dryer which include: coalesing filters [boro silicate micro-glass fibres] assure 100 percent removal of moisture and oil-free compressed air at -40 deg c atmospheric dew point; . The flow rate ranges from 10-45 cfmthe compact air dryer has microprocessor based controller for accurate and trouble-free operation, skid mounted and therefore can be easily moved; . The submicron filter is provided with automatic drain valve ensures efficient pre-filteration. The aluminium drying towers resist oxidation and scale formation for a longer period. For low-pressure drop, the shuttle valves are provided for low-pressure drop. Modular construction of the tower enables easy removal and replacement of desiccant. This product can be upgraded easily from 20 to 45 cfm by changing tower using upgrade kid and cascading method. These dryers find their applications are used in instruments, machines, painting systems and cnc machines.
