For increased rigidity and chatter-free cutting tthe main spindle of the lathe is supported by 3 precision taper roller bearings for increased rigidity and chatter-free cutting. The bed guideways of all geared heavy-duty lathe are flame hardened and ground to reduce wear. The rigid bed design can withstand dynamic cutting forces which ables to enabling the complete cutting power available from the motor to be used. All main drive gears are composed , made of chrome nickel steel are hardened and precision ground.
