| Psg industrial institute offers gear hobbing machine, gh 200. It is vertical gear hobbing machine. It is designed based on modular concept. Main drive gears are manufactured from alloy steel and harden and ground, to provide long life with less noise. Main table drive, high accuracy, worm wheel is manufactured from phospher bronze material to take care high stress produced and provide good life. Hardened and ground precision worm is used for the table. Hydraulic balancing is given for hob slide. One can do climp, conventional, diagonal and tangentional hobbing on this machine. This machine includes all factors responsible for keeping the machine uptime at higher percentage. This machine also includes detachable higher percentage. Detachable type gearbox is given at the back side of the machine to facilitate ease of maintenance. Each module is given with separate lubricating arrangements. Table worm and worm wheel drive of the machine is oil immersed. All gears in the gearbox is given with separate lubricating points. Spiral bevel gears provided reduces noise with increased life. All side ways are lubricated using hand operated plunger pump. Hardened and ground change gears with oil lubricating facility are possible. This machine includes wear adjustment facility. Machine specification vobers prime gears size range in the market. Machine capacity inludes 200 mm maximum; geared diameter x 3 mm maximum module with 2 hp main drive motor.
