| Conveyorised belt grinding from grind master machines are used for descaling, finishing, square bar, hex bar, flats and angles. These are also used to remove surface defects such as pit marks and dent marks. The exclusive floating type belt grinding head of the machine ensures uniform grinding quality for long length sections. The machine is available with one or more heads. The machine can do jobs up to 150 mm width and 50 mm thickness. The company also provides machines for grinding 150 mm height section. Options are: motorised job size adjustment, magnetic table below conveyor, wet grinding systems, pneumatic belt dimensioning, and inlet outlet roller table. The machines are widely used in ss bars, bright bars, ss flats and ss angles manufacturing units.
