Grind master machines offers crown wheel deburring machines. These deburring machines could be used for deburring both edges of tooth simultaneously with two deburring heads. In fact, crown wheels or gears up to 450 mm diameter and module i mm to 10 mm can be debarred. The job rotation speed can be changed from 1 rpm to 6 rpm by ac speed variators. The job axis can be swivelled to the extent of 20 degree to obtain uniform chamfer quality. The deburring heads have all round easy adjustments to take all types and sizes of gears. Offered optional are complete machine enclosures and dust extraction systems.
