• Add to Inquiry Basket | Urja products supplies various heat resistant fabrics. One of them is silicon rubber coated glass fabric. These silicon glass fabrics are used to make valves jackets, which can be easily removed and re-used. Insulation of these valves are done with with some insulation wool and aluminum sheet. During maintenance this aluminum sheet [cladding] has to be opened [broken]. In doing so, some aluminum sheet and wool gets damaged and wasted and therefore becomes unusable. Moreover, it takes time to dismantle the aluminum cladding and again re-fitting the same. To avoid this problem, valves jackets made from coated glass fabrics are used. Such valves jackets can be fitted in minutes and during maintenance. They can be removed in minutes. When maintenance is over, the valve jackets can be fitted back in minutes without any waste of material thus are easily removable and can be reused. For easy removal, necessary buckles are provided. As these are made from coated fabrics, they are practically weather proof. |
