According to the company the special offset given to the front door of the frame enables the operator to move closer to the machine during actual operation, thus making for more comfortable operating. The company claims that copper mesh pads are attached on both stocks to establish proper contact without any danger of sparking or heating and the equipment can magnetize the spring circularly and by central conductor method as well. Therefore detection of cracks in all directions is possible. The salient features of the machine, according to the company, include collapsible dark room for top loading and unloading, central conductor for magnetization, effortless pneumatic clamping by push button, fixtures to hold all types of springs and integrated tank [tray itself act as a reservoir]. |
