| Adroit control engineers is supplying latest microprocessor based pid controller model 600 manufactured by gefran spa, italy. The company supplies these pid controllers in 48 x 48 mm [1/6 din] size with surface mounting technology. This pid temperature controller is a single loop controller having a 120 m sec and 0.2% full scale precision sample time. The pid controllers are available with universal main input for process variable and many signals connected and configured with thermocouples, ptc, ntc thermistor, resistance thermometer of various dc voltages, ma, etc. The input type can be selected from fully ip65 protected faceplate lexan membrane keys with no external shunts required. The pid controller comes with technical features like 4 keys and two line green led 4 digit display [10 and 7 mm height]; 4 red signal leds for logic or relay outputs and 3 other programmable leds to signal the various operational status of the instrument. The machine is also supplied with a second auxiliary analogue input from a current transformer and an isolated digital input having configurable function. The pid controller has rs-485 serial communication option and can be hooked up to modbus rtu and gefran cencal protocols. The company supplies pid controllers with easy programming facilities by grouping parameters and pc programming kit for even simpler configuration in windows environment. The pid controllers are applicable in all industrial control application which demand compactness, simplicity and optimum process control such as plastic processing machine, on small furnaces, temperature control of die-casting, food processing, packaging, heat punches, cooling plants, etc.
