Traditionally, bulk transport in liners has been either polyethylene [pe] or polypropylene [pp], which has guarded against liquid contamination. Safefoil container liners are specially designed multi-layer laminates consisting of high-strength polyester film, aluminium foil and co-extruded polymers, which provides over 50 times better protection than a conventional pe liner to climatically sensitive products. Safepack`s aluminium barrier container liners are highly reliable, innovatively designed, lightweight, compact and constructed with high-integrity seals to ensure full protection. Features and benefits: advanced bulk packaging technology, offering over 50 times better protection than pe liners, for effective climatic protection; ensures very high heat-seal integrity, assuring total peace of mind; reduces the total packaging cost, saves time and money; compatible with many non-hazardous chemicals; recyclable and eco-friendly; custom designed to suit individual requirements including filling and emptying needs; reduces loading and discharge times; reduces problem of disposal; and creates a controlled atmosphere regardless of what is happening in the general atmosphere of the container. Applications: for bulk transport of petrochemicals/ pharmaceuticals/dried foods/pigments/dyes/flavours/ ingredients, etc. The company will shortly introduce safefoil flexitanks for bulk transport of a wide range of industrial grade chemicals and food grade liquids. Sizes: available in 20`, 30` and 40` container liners. |
