| Santec hydrofluid engineers provides manufactures state-of-the-art hydraulic presses. These santec hydrofluid engineers are applicable in almost for almost all kind of industrial applications. In hydraulic presses tthere are very few moving and wearing parts, hence least maintenance and down time. Fast approach for moving platen or ram with slow pressing facility can be incorporated in the design, etc, of hydraulic power pack unit for bakelite and rubber moulding products. Fully automatic hydraulic presses are incorporated towith innovative air breathing systems, with plc and microprocessor control can be manufactured tto suit industries which are engaged in mass production microprocesser control is made. The range of the hydraulic presses includes presses from 5 to more than 1000 tonne capacity with different models and these hydraulic presses are applicable in fieldsfor different applications, such as 4-pillar, 2-pillar, c-frame, gate type, multiplication [with or without heating elements], etc. These hydraulic presses are applied inare used for punching, coining, bar straightening, bending, rubber and bakelite moulding, brake lining, clutch facing, deep drawing, blanking, scrap baling, melamine crockery, extrusions, etc.
