| Ravika engineers manufactures dead weight pressure gauge testers with water as operating fluid for applications in food, drugs, oxygen, nitrogen and acetylene industry which have wetted parts made of stainless steel. These dead weight pressure gauge testers are available in a wide range for calibrating pressure gauges and other pressure sensing, transmitting and recording pressure instruments up to 1000 kg/cm2. These pressure gauges works with relationship between pressure acting on known area of a vertically free floating piston producing a force balanced by known dead weights made use of in this tester. Dead weight pressure gauge testers come with a built-in screw pump of adequate capacity for generating pressure by turning a handle permitting easy and accurate settings. Free piston assembly of special steel, hardened, tempered, stress relieved [artificially aged], ground and superfinished to accurate size and very fine surface finish provide true floating action. Dead weight pressure gauge testers are provided with set of weights of phosphated ms or ss 304, directly marked in convenient values of pressure and easily stackable on the weight carrier attached to the free piston is provided. The testers are available in kg/cm2, bar, kpa, mpa, ib/in2 units with ±0.1% ±0.06% and ±0.03% accuracies with national traceability. The company can provide electrical motor rotation for free piston and weights at speeds of approx 30 rpm.
