Intervalve [india] also manufactures butterfly valves qualified as per api 607 for fire safe applications. The ivglc range of globe valves incorporates state of the art design features to provide a rugged construction, reliable operation and long life; the following are its salient features:
1. high pressure range incorporates a pressure sealed bonnet design for reliable sealing.
2. valves are available in flanged or butt welded end connection.
3. the product designs are in accordance to ansi b16.34 / api 600 / bs 1873 ibr with rational structure, reliable sealing & sturdy
4. outside screw & yoke construction
5. back seat arrangement to provide isolation of stuffing box for on-line serviceability.
6. stellite group 6 hardfaced seating surfaces for class 600 & above
7. pressure sealed bonnet for ansi #900 and above
8. deep stuffing box.
9. full range of body / bonnet & trim material.
10. valve bypass arrangements are optionally available.
11. valves are available both in flange end & butt weld ends.
12. gear / electrical operator can be provided if required.
Suitable for oil & gas, refineries, petro chemicals, fertilizers, power plants and common utilities. An ideal valve for the flow isolation as well as flow regulation duty.
