Intervalve exports to countries like uk, usa, germany, south east asia and middle east. Intervalve [india] is an iso 9001 certified company and has also obtained ce marking as per the pressure equipment directive. Intervalve [india] also manufactures butterfly valves qualified as per api 607 for fire safe applications. The iv`s ivex-series incorporates the double offset disc design which eliminates the seating wear due to the camming action of the disc during closing. The following are its prominent features:
1. mechanical stopper provided on the valve body to ensure precise valve closing.
2. valve has throttling characteristics with good low flow control capability
3. double offset disc design with a spherical profile seat
4. availability of wafer lugged body with through drilled or threaded holes.
5. available in 3 distinctly different seat version viz. Ptfe seat, fire safe seat and metal to metal seated.
6. stuffing box type gland sealing to enable field adjustment of shaft sealing.
7. gland packing standardised on graphoil rings [non-asbestos]
8. metal seat standardised on inconel 625 material
9. seat removal without disconnecting of shaft and disc.
10. split ring type thrust pad provided
