Intervalve exports to countries like uk, usa, germany, south east asia and middle east. Intervalve [india] is an iso 9001 certified company and has also obtained ce marking as per the pressure equipment directive. Intervalve [india] also manufactures butterfly valves qualified as per api 607 for fire safe applications. Intervalve`s ptfe lined butterfly valve model ivtfe provides corrosion resistance. The ptfe seat liner covers the entire wetted surface of the body and extends on to the flange contact faces, thus eliminating possibility of any media contact with the body metal.
1. circular back up elastomer and live loaded disc shoulder sealing
2. full pn 10 pressure rating for the entire range of valve sizes from 50 nb to 300 nb.
3. bi-directional valve with sealing capability
4. triple sealing system for shaft sealing
5. self lubricated shaft bearings [ptfe coated stainless steel] for both drive end and non-drive end shaft
6. back up elastomer standardised in viton
7. disc springs and fasteners standardised on corrosion resistant stainless steel
8. choice of exotic metallurgy for the disc, to meet any type of aggressive media.
9. choice of liner materials of virgin ptfe or filled ptfe.
10. low operating torque enables selection of smaller size actuators.
11. perfect adaptability for conversion from manual to actuated operation due to standardised top flange.
