Intervalve exports to countries like uk, usa, germany, south east asia and middle east. Intervalve [india] is an iso 9001 certified company and has also obtained ce marking as per the pressure equipment directive. Intervalve [india] also manufactures butterfly valves qualified as per api 607 for fire safe applications. Intervalve`s gkl series valves are designed to meet the demanding requirements of the general utility valve market with the hvac segment in particular. Ivgkl requires minimal maintenance. The following are its salient features:
1. integrally molded seat liner on the body for dimensional stability & seat tightness.
2. seat liner extending on to the contact faces provides sealing and eliminates the need for separate flange gaskets.
3. triple sealing system for shaft sealing
4. narrow land disc provides least operating torque requirements.
5. universal body design ensures fitment of the valve between companion flanges of all popular standards [viz: ansi, bs, din, jis, is etc ]
6. 10 position notch disc and hand lever provided
7. handlever lockable through pad lock for tamper proof positioning.
8. body castings made of superior 260 grade cast iron
9. valve disc made of ductile cast iron withstand against possible water hammer or pressure surges.
10. line size body bore to ensure maximum flow capacity with the lowest pressure drop.
11. shafts made of martensitic stainless steel for strength and torsional rigidity.
12. both top and bottom shaft swiveling are guided by self - lubricated ptfe bearings.
13. fool proof handlever designed to prevent accidental pinching of hand between the handle and locking lever.
