• Add to Inquiry Basket | Mini machine tools provides with cast iron floor plates / base plates conforming to is - 10602 - 1983 / 1990 made from close grained cast iron of grade fg 200 as per is - 210 - 1993. These floor/ base plates comes with a hardness ranging from 170 to 220 bhn and are cored and adequately ribbed for rigidity and are mounted directly on the floor or on ci supporting column. The t - slots of these floor/ base plates conform to is - 2013 1995 and has a provision for leveling floor plates from top surface if required. The floor/ base plates pass through an ultrosonic test to check any internal crack detection. These plates can be applied in tooling, work holding, assembly testing and inspection and come with a facility for joining number of plates to get any length or width. |
