These are indexable inserts, coated inserts, inserts with 2 cutting edges, with unique patented insert design that provides extra stability. Vtx grade: vargus vtx is an excellent thread milling grade for machining of stainless steel, coated with multi-layer tiain coating for reliable protection against wear. Vbx grade: vargus`s vbx thread milling grade with ticn coating is the optimal combination for threading hard-to-machine steel alloys. Tm gen cd new version 5.0.1: tm gen software was developed by vargus engineers to help perform thread-milling operation quickly and efficiently. Creating cnc thread-milling programs couldn`t be easier! just enter the thread parameters. The program leads the user to the correct tool for a given application and automatically generates the cnc program [g-code].
