It is provided with lubricant, defoamer, corrosion inhibitor etc. This product is supplied under the brand name of apl fire resistant hydraulic fluid te. It can work with o-rigs. Gasket, seal & all metal parts etc. It is a non-hazardous, non-toxic, biodegradable and environment friendly product. It has wide application in iron & steel industries and mining industry to reduce the fire potential due to equipment failure. It comes with following specifications:
Appearance --clear, colorless or colored [optional], density --15/15 ºc 1.0 [appox.] water content % by volume -- 95, foam stability, ml, @ 24 ºc --nil, rust preventing test after 24 hrs--passed, hydraulic pump test total ring and vane mass loss, mg --500 [max.], fire resistant test a, b, c --passed, pour point-- 2 ºc [appox.], ph--8 to 10. It is available in 50 kg. & 210 kg. M.S./hdpe drum.
