Gopani products systems [gps] offers high efficiency pleated polypropylene filter cartridges that are an alternative to string wound or spun filters. These pleated polypropylene filter cartridges are premium quality products available in various micron ratings ranging from 0.2 micron to 50 micron. These pleated polypropylene filter cartridges find multi-use and are available with end cap configurations including double open end, flat gasket doe and single open end, external double 222 0-ring code 7soe. The gopani polypropylene filter cartridges contain no surfactants or binders that can break down, leach out, or permit channeling and media migration problems. These pleated polypropylene filter cartridges come with open surface areas allowing high flow rates at reduced pressure losses. These polypropylene filter cartridges also offers advantages of high dirt holding capacity, long service life, large throughputs, and lower operating costs. Gopani pleated cartridge filters find applications as either pre filters or as final filters for bulk and point-of-use filtration. The pleated polypropylene filter cartridges are useful for high efficiency filtration applications. This type of cartridge is made of pleated polypropylene media and offering 90% efficiencies at the rated micron. With more than 5½ ft² of media this pleated polypropylene filter cartridge lasts longer and has higher dirt holding capacity. These pleated polypropylene filter cartridges are available with end cap configurations including double open end, flat gasket doe and single open end, code 7 soe. The standard lengths of these pleated polypropylene filter cartridges are suitable for applications where economy and efficiency are critical.
