| Pankaj manufactures hybridized linear motion wire wound potentiometer, using 100% own technology and machinery, maximum indigenous raw materials. This new technology offers dual advantage, stability of wire wound coupled with infinite resolution and long life of conductive plastic technology. The resistive track and wiper assembly are housed in 32 mm square custom designed aluminium housing mounted on equipment by adjustable clamps. Wiper is mounted on nonmagnetic stainless steel shaft of 6 mm diameter. The shaft moves in sintered bush for long life. Front and back covers are fitted with rubber gasket for protection from dust, liquid splash, etc. Electrical connections are either through solenoid connectors fitted at the end of pot or on top as per requirement, loose wires are also offered. This product is available in stroke length from 50 mm to 500 mm in the steps of 501m. Resistance range is 100 ohms to 5 k per 50 mm stroke length and power ratting 0.75 w per 50 mm stroke length. Actuating shaft is supplied either with 6 mm threading, ball joint coupling or rod end bearings. Shaft on both sides, spring turn arrangements is a speciality.
