| Echjay forgings is a supplier of a series of hammers which can manufacture closed die forgings ranging from 1/2 kg to 100 kg. The company also manufactures a range of open die forgings like tube sheets which are up to 1.20 m diameter. One of its plants has installed a state-of-the-art ring roller and press from wagner, germany. Ring specifications: this ring roller can manufacture square section rings as well as outside/inside profiled rings. This rings can be up to 3000 mm od and 460 mm ht. The material used for construction of these rings are mainly carbon, alloy, tool, stainless steels and high temperature alloys, as well as aluminium and titanium alloys. Advantages of seamless rolled rings include closer tolerance, lower pricing and early delivery. Some of the typical items produced on these ring roller are: rolled flanges, bearing races, and railway tyres. The product range includes: forged flanges, plate flanges, forged fillings and butt weld fittings, in various sizes and specifications. The company also manufactures various other general purpose forgings and machined parts like valve bodies, automotive forgings, axle shafts [fully machined], railway components, defense components, etc.
