Pump engineering co pvt ltd manufactures pec brand rotary gear pumps which are positive displacement having spur, helical or herring bone pair of gears. One gear works as driving gear while the other is driven or idler type and are precision hobbed and press fitted and keyed to a drive shaft. The company supplies these rotary gear pumps with built-in pressure relief valves and are applicable for various applications such as foot mounted, internal gear or herringbone gear. The company also provides self-lubricating bush bearing, external bearing, external drive gear, steam jacketed pumps with soft packings or mech seals. These rotary gear pumps are versatile and can handle fluids from ldo to molasses with up to 300 ssu viscosity running against 20 feet suction lift. The company provides rotary gear pumps with flooded suction for medium and high viscosity liquids. The rotary gear pumps are available with 1450 rpm standard speed for fluids with up to 2000 ssu viscosity whereby the operating speed is reduced in accordance to the high viscosity. The company suggests speed reduction by gearbox and avoid v belting. The rotary pumps find applications in pressurising fuel oil, oil transfer and machine tool lubrication and hydraulic power packs. These rotary pumps can be used in industries like edible oil, vanaspati, food, pharma, paints, sugar, steel, paper, petrochemicals, dyes, intermediates and fertilizers. The rotary gear pumps are manufactured from materials like ci, ms, cast steel, ss-316, and bronze/ss with 2000 lpm capacity.
