| Pump engineering co, an iso 9001 company supplies, offers submersible dewatering pumps of vertical monoblock design. This dewatering pump contains, ie, pump at the bottom and motor on the top. The electric motor is sealed, wound like surface air cooled motor. The shaft supported with two life time grease packed bearings. The pump and motor are separated by an oil chamber which houses two back to back mechanical seals. Side mechanical seal faces are tc vs tc and motor side mechanical seal faces are tc or ceramic/vs carbon. These two mechanical seals ensure that pump liquid does not enter into the motor. Discharge liquids flow through a passage between pump outer casing and motor body casing thereby cooling both oil chamber and motor. Thermal overload protections are embedded in motor winding. The motor housing, pump casing and oil chamber are made of aluminium alloys, wearing parts like diffuser and upper plate are rubber lined, shaft and impeller are made of ss 304. Standard supply is with 20 mtr special submersible type cable. Thesepumps are light weight, portable type pumps are applicable can be used in; suspended or standing position, in . They can handlinge clear or muddy or contaminated liquids with fine solids, sand, etc, without clogging. Ss strainer is provided at the bottom to prevent/stop rags entering the pump.
