Pump engineering co, an iso 9002 certified company, providesoffers pec brand motorised hydro-test pumps. These hydraulic test pumps are a bulldozing, reciprocating plunger type pumps. Large area air chamber is provided ffor protecting pump large area air chamber is given from hydraulic surges. A quick acting relief valve is there for to by-passing entire quantity which does not exceed without exceeding the set pressure, and a heavy-duty precision in-built gearbox suppliesprovides long working life with self-lubricating arrangement. These hydraulic test pumps are provided supplied with suitable pressure gauge, 1.5 m length long pressure hose with end connections and also a set of pulleys which to makes the unit complete except for drive motor. These test pumps are providedit can be supplied with suction tank, strainer, skid or trolley base with swivelling castor wheels for easy transportation. Several models are available from 100 kg/ cm² pressure to 700 kg/ cm² are the sizes of the different models. Material of construction consists of:
- close grain cast iron body, driving-head, double gears and connecting rod;
- mild steel pinion with shaft, cylinder, valves and distributor body;
- plunger of ss 410, gland-nut in brass, and sealing by gland packings.
Applications of test pumps are:
- hydrostatic testing of hoses, valves, gas-cylinders, tubes, heat exchangers, pressure-vessels and boilers. Tube expanding, tailor made pumps are available as per customer specifications.
