Pune polytronies pvt. Ltd. Has launched process indicating controller [model pc302] with 1/2/4 set points that are independently set at site over the entire range. The tool`s digital display normally points out process parameter value. Pressing the set key one can see the set points. After all the set points are displayed on the display, pressing the set key once again ensures returning to run mode the red leds indicate the status of the respective relay. The relay contact changeover occurs at the respective set points. The solid state output or relay contact are potential-free and rated for 5 amp at 240 v ac resistive loads. The salient features of process indicating controller are: optionally non-linearised for low cost; micro controller based; linearised high accuracy of ±0.2%; a wide range of inputs/sensors acceptance; tp action as well as on/off hysteresis can be set from the front; user-friendly soft-touch keypad; and din standard enclosure. The uses of process indicating controller can be found in the fields of on/off or time proportional control, heating/cooling processes by selecting proper set point through software, load sharing system in air-conditioning applications as well as process parameter based sequential operation.
