Heavy-duty double dielectric capacitors: in order to build the correct degree protection, a capacitor needs to be given a higher over current withstand capacity and also higher voltage of surge voltage withstand. This dual consideration has been taken into accounts to evolve a different construction of capacitors. The basic cell winding of this mpp design of lt shunt capacitors remains the same as that for a conventional design.
