Eswari electricals pvt. Ltd. Manufactures switches with 3-position on-load and off-load. On / off-load switches are available in both 12 and 24 kv class, suitable for indoor switching applications. They can also be used with a suitable outdoor panel enclosure. An on/off load switch is a unique 3-position switch with linear operation of opening and closing mechanism. It also has a simple interlocking system preventing from any wrong operation. Closed: this position assures the connection between the upper bus bars and the lower compartment. Open: this position assures the electrical isolation between the upper bus bars and the lower compartment. The protection degree between the two compartments is ip 2 x. An earthed on/off load switch: earthing and a total isolation safety are assured in this position. Salient features of on / off-load switches: earth making capacity both at the top and at the bottom of the fuse terminals; position indicators directly operated by the main shaft; no mechanical component is in motion to grant separation between the bus bar compartment and the lower compartment; key interlocks [optional] with the possibility to install mechanical lock and key; voltage indication [optional] through neon lights connected with capacitive dividers placed inside the insulators supporting the cable connection terminals; and direct view on isolation and earthing through inspection windows placed on the front of the panel.
