| Sushma industries suppliesoffers a range of digital testing systems for machine tools applications. Sushma torsion spring testing system is an accurate, versatile table top unit . Designed for conducting torque angle test on various sizes of torsion springs. The system consists of torsion spring testing machine, torque sensor, digital torque indicator and graduated angle disc. Provision has been made to use torque sensors of different capacities suitable to test torsion springs of various sizes from gmcm, kgcm to kgm. Various features of the torsion spring testing system including some technical features are as followsfeatures: manually operated; digital display of torque with fine resolution; graduated angular disc for angle measurement; rugged mechanical fixture consisting of bed to mount torque sensor on one side and tail stock with gear box, hand wheel, angular disc [graduated up to 360°] with locking mechanism on the other side; 1, 2, 10, 20 kgcm, 1, 2, 10, 20, 50, 100 kgm capacity torques sensor and mechanical fixtures available; display of torque according to torque sensor capacity; accuracy ±1% fsd; operates on 230 v 50 hz; can be used for clockwise or anti-clockwise measurement; and can be calibrated in gmcm, kgcm, kgm, ncm, nm or lb inch or any other units depending on customer requirement. Optional facilities which are provided by this system include angle sensor and digital torque angler indicator for simultaneous display of torque and angle. This torsion spring testing system is developed for conducting torque angle test on various sizes of torsion springs. The system includes torsion spring testing machine, torque sensor, digital torque indicator and graduated angle disc. To use torque sensors of different capacities there is a provision which is suitable to test torsion springs of various sizes from gmcm, kgcm to kgm.
