These bearings are provided with renowned grinding machines and quality lab, which has the latest metrological and metallurgical instruments. Following are some of the constructional features of these bearings which include: these products are manufactured from graded castings, polyamides and drawn metals; angular contact ball bearings made from sheet metal [drawn, thinned, and hardened] covered with polyamide contours used in leaner seat adjusters and steering column and textile applications; specially designed four contact ball bearings with controls on axial and radial clearances, contact angles used for supporting sudden impact loads on both directions; specially contoured bearings made from aisi 1010 / sae-8620 steel selected hardened and ground mostly used in overhead conveyors, electrical monorail systems and material handling equipments; bearings made from stainless steel / investment castings [special materials] mainly used for marine and chemical applications.
