• Add to Inquiry Basket | Systems & controls provides microcontroller-based digital force gauges. These force gauges find its main application for quick and accurate measurement of breaking strength of textile yarn, wire on paper, etc. These are portable handheld instruments that work on 6 v rechargeable batteries. They can also be mounted on test stands [vertical or horizontal], so that tensile or compression tests can be carried out on variety of materials, for e.G. Needle penetration, needle removal force from hub, paper, adhesion test [seal bond strength], foam, rubber and springs, with suitable fixtures. Some of the salient features include force measurement up to 10 kg with accuracy of ± 1 per cent of full scale and resolution of 10 gms; force indication on alphanumeric backlit lcd display with selectable engineering units in kg, gms, kn, n, lbs or cn; and operation on 6 v rechargeable batteries supplied with battery charger.
