| Systems & controls offers a micro computer based universal testing machine. These are suitable for tension / compression testing of various materials. An electric motor with closed loop feed back system drives screw and nut mechanism. This 2-column supported machine in table-top version has lead this screw and nut mechanism. This machine includes all the features of sophisticated testing machine and is within the reach of small industrial units. It includes 32-character alphanumeric lcd unit, which dispalys the force, elongation, test speed, machine status, safety limits, peak memory and graph scaling values etc. This machine uses constant rate of elongation technique. The test speed can be set from the soft touch keyboard within the range of 10 mm/min to 500 mm/min. The instantaneous force as well as peak force values are also displayed. The peak value is memorised and can be called back. The force/elongation graph comes on matrix printer via centronix parallel interface with scaling facility. A wide range of grips come for testing of yarns, fabrics, plastics, rubbers, ptfe, metals, etc. The standard load frames up to 2,000 kg capacity are available for different applications.
