| M b control & systems offers its latest pid controller. These microprocessor based pid controllers use latest two fuzzy pid control process. Unique features of the pid controller include auto tuning, two outputs, remote set point input, transmitter output and universal signal input [ie, thermocouples, rtd, mv or ma inputs]. Sensor break protection is also provided. Output can be selected from relay, ssr or 4 20 ma. Non volatile memory in the instrument stores all the programmed parameters. The instruments have self diagnostic features and offer three point alarm. They can also have retransmission output, and provide time temperature profile control. Two patterns of eight segments each can be programmed in the instruments. These pid controllers can operate on wide power supply, ie, 85 v ac to 265 v ac. These instruments are housed in strong abs plastic enclosures, available in size 48 x 48 mm or 72 x 72 mm. The low cost high quality instruments are ideally suitable for plastic machines, furnaces, temperature baths, process control, heat treatment units, etc.
