Helical extension springs can store energy and exert a pulling force made from round wire and are close wound with initial tension. The company has developed a wide variety of ends such as threaded inserts, swivel hooks, twist loops, side loops, cross centre loops and extended hooks, used successfully for many years. The company also provides tension springs for all types for electronic relays, micro switches, circuit breakers, washing machines, refrigerators, balance scales, cassette mechanism, night latch and luggage locks, automobile components, packing hand tools, telephone instruments, window and car curtains, stapler and punch machine, all types of toys and any type of spring tensioning devices. Wirecom also manufactures springs with nickel, yellow and white zinc plating and stainless steel spring with bright finish. The company supplies tension springs in 0.20 mm to 8 mm wire range in spring steel wire as per is 4454 gr ii, gr iii, stainless steel wire as per aisi 302 and 304, phosphor bronze wire or any other material specified by users. Helical extension springs are supplied with in-house load test report as well as raw material certificate.
