As part of these sealants techseal 1pps is offered. It is low module high performance sealant which is based on thiokol polysulphide liquid elastomer. It is an effective alternative to traditional joint sealant materials. It finds applications in horizontal joints & vertical joints. This sealant is suitable for those joints, which tend to expand contract, vibrate etc. It comes with following standard features:

After curing forms a tough, elastic and flexible rubber like material.
Bonds strongly to most of the building material.
Unaffected by uv rays, ozone and weathering conditions.
Resist to water, salt water, 10% dil. Acids expect nitric acids, alkalies, most of the common chemicals, vegetable, lubricants, oils and fuels.
It performs well in a temperature range from 5ºc to 80ºc intermittent. .
Movement joints up to ±15% of the width.
Excellent reparability property.
Waterproofing compounds can overcoat it.
Non-toxic.
Sealants will not cause staining to concrete masonry or stones.
