The machines are added with an emergency stop motion for incorrect selection; knock-off arrangement for double-end selection; maintenance free timing pulley drive; adjustable and electronic pcb control to regulate 60 to 600 knot speed; bright tube for illumination of clear knotting vision and auto wash and lubricating system. The jaytex high standard wrap tying equipment are suitable for application of any yarns such as multifilament, pure silk, single or double thread with multicolour pattern as well as yarn count variations with or without lease and slub wraps.
the company also manufactures jaytex yarn dressing frames, which can be horizontally or vertically adjustable from special extruded alloy sections. These frames are sturdy, lightweight and durable and are available in 50" to 170" single or double width. The jaytex yarn dressing frames come with a special coupling arrangement for double beam loom.
