| International engineers corporation suppliesmanufactures universal milling machine., model vm-1000-g is one of the model of the vertical milling machine. Grade i castings are used in fabrication of the machines.Some of the external features of the milling machine include; machine table and saddle are made out of castings containing nickel, chrome, etc. Spindle is hardened and ground. All gears, shafts and screws are made out of alloy-steel. Machine head stock is fitted with lubrication system, feed gearbox is oil bath system. There are some technical features of milling machines such as;other features include back-lash elimination on table lead screw, accuracy as per isi charts, electricals of reputed make with isi marks and duco paint finish. Components configuration include;. Specifications: table size - 1250 x 300 mm; spindle speedseight, 35-1000 rpm; spindle nose iso-40; longitudinal traverse power-feed, 650 mm, eight 15-150 mm/min; cross traverse - manual 300 mm; vertical traverse - manual 450 mm; movement of quill - 60 mm manual; milling-head motor2.0 hp 1440 rpm; feed motor - 0.5 hp 1440 rpm; and coolant motor1 hp.
