Vanaz engineers ltd started their journey by manufacturing top class press tools, dies and fixtures. Later they provides many other things such as copper and copper alloy forgings, cylinder valves and pressure regulators for lpg, oxygen, carbon-dioxide, chlorine and other gases, synchronizer rings and cng kits. Over the years by providing these quality products the company has established it as a well-known company. There are two facilities of the company, one at pune and the other deorukh. The company advance facilities and equipments. Like die casting for zinc and aluminium base alloys, german make `mutal` hot chamber machines and two 160 tonnes `hmt` make cold chamber machines. Die-castings up to 2 kg hot weight are also offered by the company. The company has several departments such as inspection department, lab department, and maintenance department. The company also specialized in auto products making which include synchronizer rings, lpg and cng conversion kits for two wheelers, three wheeler, four wheelers and heavy vehicles.
