| D-m-e company offers stellar hot runner systems for high performance, precision, flexibility, cost effective small part moulding. The systems have tight pitches as close as 17 mm for small engineering and commodity plastic products. These stellars are available in modular construction includig standard manifold nozzle assembly, threaded and compression nozzles with 4 tips and 8 different lengths. The company also supplies wide variety standard manifold nozzle assemblies in 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 12 and 16 drops configurations. Nozzle tips, mini tubular heaters for nozzles and thermocouple are front loaded for easy replacement and shorten service time.
