The cases are made of cast iron/sheet metal treated by rust proofing treatment . It is painted in hammer tone and plain industrial simians gray staving matt colour with epoxy finish, with clear holes for conduct entry at the top and bottom with knock-outs.
The carriers are fitted with cold rolled and hard drawn electrolytic copper contacts of accurate thickness.
The bases are fitted with selected brass terminals of corrects composition an measurement along with phosphor bronze half hard contacts.
The top edge of the terminals are given radius to keep a firm grip of copper contact blades.
The steel components are subjected to perspiration to resist atmospheric effect. Each and every components are standardized under strict quality control at each and every stage of manufacturing.
