| Dropco multilub systems has introduced electronic lubrication controller. This is an instrument with high performance feature used for monitoring motorised lubrication systems. It gives precision control of lubrication cycle and facility to monitor oil pressure and oil level. These are available in different models viz. Model dmec-201 [blind], dmec-301 [with thumb wheel switch], dmec-401 [with digital display] and dmec-501 [with 8 led bar]. All models require 230 v ac ±10 % [50 hz] supply to operate. The controller controls on/off timings of lubrication motor and monitors the oil pressure and oil level simultaneously. Oil pressure and oil level is monitored using pressure switch and float switch respectively [fitted with lubrication unit]. It has on time of 5 seconds [fixed]. Once the on lime period starts, the electronic controller switches on the lubrication motor and monitors the functioning of the pressure switch. After actuation of the pressure switch, lube motor runs for 5 seconds more and then stops. This indicates on time period is complete. After the completion of the on time, the off time period starts and lubrication motor remains off during this period. With respect to the varied feature of the models of electronic controllers off time range varies which can be adjusted with the help of different type of provisions given in them respectively.
